For people who take an interest in such things, we can reveal that the paperback of THE LONELY DEAD will be at Number 14 in the Sunday Times bestseller lists this weekend. It sold well over 11,000 copies last week, which is more than THE STRAW MEN shifted to reach Number 7 in the same charts last year, but Dan Brown and the R&J Bookclub have got the list pretty much sewn up right now...
