Street (London). The event starts at 6:30 and will
feature readings from Christopher Fowler, Mark

We're delighted to say
that it was announced today that THE INTRUDERS is one
of the seven nominees for the Crime Writers'
Association's prestigious IAN FLEMING STEEL
DAGGER Award, the
UK's premier award for crime thriller fiction.
The award will be announced at a black tie dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel on Park Lane on Thursday, July 5th 2007. The other nominees are Alex Berenson, Harlen Coben, R. J. Ellory, Gillian Flynn, Michael Robotham, and Karin Slaughter.

A 50,000 word modern fantasy short novel, the book is illustrated by Alex McVey, with an afterword still to be confirmed. It is available in three states: a trade hardcover, 175 numbered and signed hardcovers, and a deluxe tray-cased lettered edition signed by all contributors.
You might want to hurry, as Earthling's Paul Miller reports that the last two states are selling out fast...
UPDATE on 08-03-07: Paul now reports that the Numbered state has sold out, and only a handful of Lettereds are left...
